A quick introduction...

Hello there....if you're reading this then you probably have an interest in trends surrounding IT, Service/Help Desk. For some time I've wanted to get my thoughts and ideas out for other's to ponder, as the direction of service support is ever evolving making the need for individuals and groups to share best practices all the more important. Hi, I just found your blog while searching on the importance of help desks. I'm working on a project to get a help desk function back on it's feet and make it a vialble tool. I think your blog will provide some helpful tips on how I should proceed.
